 Your Comments on our phone manner, availability, advice, general helpfulness: This was the reason we decided to make an appt with you- friendly, open etc.

 Your Comments on our brochure - layout, content, presentation: Great information detailed and particularly useful to receive prior to inspection appointment.

 VEHICLE INSPECTIONS AND BOOKINGS:

 Your Overall Rating:  5 out of 5

 Your comments on the inspection process, and our showroom:  Great - we apreciated the opportunity to browse without being "stood over".

 Your comments on the presentation, condition, etc of the vehicles:  The wedding vehicles were in excellent condition.

 Your comments on inspection times and availability: Great- but ovviously necessary to have after hours inspection times as we both work!

I would be interested to hear how many and which of our colleagues you also visited: (actual names were provided by the customer, but have been left out for legal reasons)

A) Wedding Car Company , we did'nt visit others-we received (via email) quotes from a number of wedding car companies.  Not impressed with phone manner of some companies- definitely meant we decided not to make appointments. 

What were the three most important factors that made you choose Classic Bridal Cars over our colleagues?

1)  Depot to Depot travel included in costs(ie not additional)

2) I received a good first contact impression (phone call)

3)  Apparent honesty at inspection appointment, as well as realistic advice.

 Based on your experience so far, would you be comfortable in recommending us to others?  Yes definitely. 

Would you like us to send our brochure to anyone you know who is also getting married? (please include name, address, approximate date of the wedding) No friends/family we know of at the moment but based on experience so far, we will certainly be recommending cbc if opportunitiy arises.

 AND FINALLY

 What would you consider the single most important thing that Classic Bridal Cars could do for you on your wedding day:  Transport us all as safely and as punctually as traffic allows: remain honest and genuine in dealings with us.
